We offer a comprehensive 15 Day Money back Guarantee for our customers. All returns must Include the correct packaging that they came with in proper shape. All returns must include the item's original, undamaged packaging. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

When making your return, please include a copy of a short note stating the reason for your return. In your note, please specify whether you wish to exchange the product or receive a refund. Please note that initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returned item must be in it's original condition and packaging.

Refused Shipments

A 15% restocking fee will be imposed on all refused shipments. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Defective Item

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Short-shipments, DOA and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date. A refund may be issued if a replacement is not available.
