Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Order will be shipped through USPS or FedEx by your choice. Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline we ships all items within two business days of receiving order. Standard Delivery : Allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Priority Delivery : Allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery.
Q: Why my shopping cart is empty when I add items to the cart? A: You have to accept cookies from my site to add items.
How to Enable Cookies To enable cookies, follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using. Mozilla Firefox (1.0 final release and earlier) Go to the "Tools" menu. Select "Options". Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel. Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies". Click "OK" to save changes.

To enable: Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable". Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable". Click "OK".
